HAPPY NEW YEAR AND WELCOME 2019
What are you feeling grateful for as you sit here at the start of 2019?
I am very grateful that for the last 12 years I have been helping dog owners improve their dogs behaviour with the word “kind” always in mind and it works! really really well. I am very grateful to be sitting here at the start of 2019 knowing that the 4 principles of dog communication that I help my clients understand and implement really really works and I am also very grateful that I have to do very little marketing and rely almost solely on word of mouth.
( so please feel free to share this blog!!)
This year I am feeling a slight change and the word “love” has come to mind. Over the next weeks and months I will share with you the many different ways you can help your dog improve their behaviour with the word “love” in mind. As you probably already know, all improvements in your dog’s behaviour comes down to communication. So lets start by making sure all our communication with our dogs in 2019 will come from the heart and with love.
What about dog training from the heart?! Its got a nice ring to it, although I have always hated the word training when referring to dogs. It makes it sound like you want your dog to behave in a certain way, just for the sake of it or because someone else told you that a certain behaviour means you have either a good dog or a bad dog!
So this year, I am going to focus on helping you improve your dog’s behaviour from the heart and with love.
If you would like to come along for the ride, I am going to continue with regular blogs like this one and start to issue a newsletter on a quarterly basis. (New Years resolution right there!) At some point I will be super organised and have a sign up bit on my website, but in the meantime if you are interested in receiving my newsletter and my blog direct to your in box, drop me an e-mail with the words “sign up now” in the header and I will personally ensure you receive it. If you know of anyone else who would like to receive it please feel free to let them know they can sign up to.
(please be assured you will not be inundated with e-mails, it’s just me and I work part-time, so I can promise you will never receive an e-mail from me more than once a week and that would be a busy week…..)
As always, if you would like specific advice regarding your dog and your family. Please take a look at my website http://www.juliehelpsyouhelpyourdog.co.uk for the services I offer.
From the bottom of my heart I would love to work with you to help you help your dog. I really do have the best job in the world. Bring on 2019!
Peaceful paws always
